Description:
A routine school commute turns terrifying when a cable car’s wire snaps, leaving eight passengers–including six schoolboys–dangling 900 feet above a ravine in the remote Himalayan foothills. With no margin for error and a cable that could fail at any moment, an unlikely alliance of rescuers must improvise under intense public scrutiny, racing against an invisible clock before disaster strikes live on television.
Biography:
Mohammed Ali (Mo) Naqvi is an award-winning filmmaker and member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and the Television Academy. He produced two seasons of the Netflix Original Top 10 docu-series Turning Point and received the inaugural Emmy Television Academy Honor for the Showtime Original Shame. His acclaimed films include the Emmy-nominated Among the Believers, Insha'Allah Democracy, the Emmy-nominated and Asian Media Award-winning The Accused: Damned or Devoted? and Pakistan's Hidden Shame, which won the United Nations Association Film Festival Grand Jury Prize. Mo has received two Amnesty International Awards and earned nominations for an Independent Spirit Award, a Cinema Eye Honor and the UNESCO-Fellini Prize. He has also produced fiction features including Big River and I Will Avenge You Iago, starring Giancarlo Esposito. He serves as Chairman of Pakistan's Academy Awards Selection Committee and Artistic Director of the Tasveer Film Market, North America's only Oscar-qualifying South Asian film market.
