In 2019, virtuoso violinist Petru Cotarce turned a retired double-decker bus into a mobile music school with the dream to make music education free and accessible for every child in London. Shot entirely during the COVID-19 pandemic, this documentary stands as testament to the will and perseverance of artists and musicians and their desire to change the world for the better. Award winning filmmakers Joe Pavlo and David Schendel hop on the bus to experience the children’s joy of music, and the journey to keep the bus operating against all odds.
