Director: Abe Zverow
Producer: Abe Zverow, Raul Chugchilan, Beau Rawlins

Description:

Jonathan wakes up every day at 3:15 in the morning. He dresses and follows his sister and mother to work at Mercado Mayorista on the south side of Quito, Ecuador. The family works together all morning, selling fruit and other goods. By midday, Jonathan and his sister are ready to go to school for another six hours. Afterward, the young Ecuadorian boy hops on the bus and rides across town, to eventually end up back home around 7p.m. This is Jonathan's daily routine.

Biography:

Abe Zverow hails from the kind streets of Chicago, Illinois. What began as a childhood passion for shooting skateboard films and music videos became a vehicle through which to travel the world. Abe spent the fall of his senior year at the University of Arizona filming on location in Ecuador for non-profit organizations EcoClub and FundaciĆ³n Imaymana, while sculpting his own documentary "Jonathan".
