Hines directed Incarcerating US to put a spotlight on a problem that is out of sight and out of mind for many Americans to illustrate the scope of the problem and the need for drastic criminal justice reform. As a partner at Life is My Movie Entertainment, Hines works on building the catalogue of films produced and distributed by collaborating on projects in all stages of production. Hines holds a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of Delaware.
