SUPPORT

Dear Friends,

In these difficult times when we try to preserve environmental, gender, racial and social justice, we are grateful that we have you, our UNAFF community, and our shared passion for promoting human rights through documentary film.

As one of the oldest solely documentary film festivals in the US, UNAFF has grown and earned the respect of audiences and filmmakers alike for its fearless independence and integrity. In addition to providing early outlets for films, many of which later went on to win major awards and accolades, UNAFF prides itself in creating a community forum with free year-round programs facilitating education and dialogue about different cultures, issues and solutions.

Sadly, the inflation and difficult circumstances of the last years have adversely affected the festival budget, causing a domino effect for all our other year-round programs - from our highly popular “UNAFF for Seniors” and “UNAFF in Libraries” free weekly screenings, to our programs for veterans, students, women and kids.

As a non-profit organization, like so many others, we too are struggling to bridge this period of crisis, and we desperately need your help to ensure that we are able to continue our work.

Your tax-deductible donation is essential for us to continue with all these valuable programs for our community, so please donate now.

You can make your donation online by pressing the “DONATE” button on the left side of this page.

Of course, if you prefer, you can also mail your check payable to our fiscal sponsor, the IDA (International Documentary Association). Please remember to put "For UNAFF" in the memo field of your check and mail to:

Please check the program for the UNAFF Special Screenings and bring your family and friends.

With deepest gratitude on behalf of our whole team,
